Is Cowboy Bebop Better Than Samurai Champloo. Both are amazin' but champloo literally has no character development. That champloo baseball episode is fantastic!
Cowboy bebop is an overwhelmingly male driven show with flimsy stereotypes of female characters. Obviously these are just my opinions but i've seen cowboy bebop get so much praise from the anime community and i think champloo deserves more of it. If cowboy bebop is eclectic, then flcl is insane.

Other than that, i really don't know. Well animated with good soundtrack, lots of musical scenes, some philosophical elements etc. Terror in resonance is okay, but much weaker than watanabe's other work imo.
